What I have been doing thus far this week........
Monday...catching up on housekeeping
Tuesday...went to the hospital for x-rays,had lunch with a dear friend,a bit of shopping. Which included a trip to Hobby Loppy where I purchased one half yard of the sweetest vintage inspired material. Got a heads up on that from a wonderful blog friend who purchased some herself.
Today,while I have much to do here at home....instead,I will be heading to the church shortly to help finish setting up our Rummage/Bake Sale which begins tomorrow. Which I happen to have donated a lot of stuff too....hope someone will be thrilled to take home my treasures...smile. I don't need to bring them back home!
Last Friday I went with my friend Betty to the annual sale of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Salvation Army. They hold one twice a year,in the Spring and Fall. We also(as always)had a lovely picnic afterwards. Betty hosted a Thai food theme....was very good! She set the table in pretty bright colors with a big colorful pin wheel for a center piece. Hopefully I can share some pictures soon. I used a different camera which,I don't have the means to upload them to my computer with at this time.
By the way...I spent a whole $3.00 plus some change there...was very good,but really enjoyed the hunt!

I will get started on my jumper with my hobby lobby fabric after my surgery. need to make curtains for the bedroom first. Wait until you see what I got for that!
