Shepherd of my life

I am grateful to have lived 53 years thus far upon this earth. I have seen many good days and some bad as well. Life hasn't been a bed of roses,the thorns have made their presence known many times in my life,but Gods presence has always been greater than any trial I have had to face. So today on the day of my birth,I give glory and honor to him who saved me,granted me life everlasting,through his blood shed on Calvary's cross. He faithfully walks by my side,promising never to leave me,nor forsake me. When I am to weak and burdened to walk,he carries me. Through my life people have not always remain true to me....promises were spoken,but then they were soon broken,but my Lord remains faithful and true. He will keep me until that day when I see him face to face! He his the Shepherd of my life!

For the which cause I also suffer these things : nevertheless I am not ashamed : for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. 2Tim. 1:12
