When I stepped outside yesterday morning to take the dog out,I found a beautiful bouquet of flowers,along with a sweet letter from my youngest son. He works nights and dropped them off on his way home in the early morning hours. The flowers are beautiful,but his words meant so much more to me. This is the child of my heart...I mentioned in my last post. I had a wonderful Mother's day.....gifts from all my kiddos....daughter Regina,gave me a pretty sunshiney yellow bowl,filled to the brim with all kinds of goodies. Scentsy Burner,with wax tarts...homemade bar of bath soap,a book,a box of Herb tea,a beautiful mug to drink my tea from,and a DVD with seven different family movies on one disk! My eldest son Thomas gave me a wonderful smelling Creme Brulee candle,and a lovely Orchid to pin on my dress. And youngest daughter Kathy,blessed me with a new dress and a sweater top to wear over it. I also got to spend the second half of the day with my own mother,and I showered her with gifts as well.
Twas a blessed day...I pray yours was as well.

I'm glad you had a nice Mother's Day Shelley. I have been so busy I am behind on visiting with everyone. I had Caillou with me for a month. He went home Thursday. My house is so quiet. I miss his giggles and spending time with him. My body on the other hand is appreciating the rest. :o)

Isn't it just wonderful to feel the deep love of your children? Nothing compares to it other than kisses and hugs from grandchildren. I'm happy you were blessed with all sorts of wonderful treats!
