Just look at her fantastic dollhouse.
So sweet! |
I don't have a proper Tea Cosy so... as always....I make do! With a clean pretty tea towel. Wrap around and tied at the top of my pot...works wonderfully :)
I prefer an old tea cup and saucer to a new one.
The Tea Cosy!
Of course,Jessie wanted to tea party too. She loves graham crackers with her tea,as do I.
Don't even think about it Pebbles..says she! You weren't invited!
And Ms. Kitty had to have some cream. Cats do love cream...you know.
Poor Jessie she looking so anxiously at Ms. Kitty taking her cream. I think I have began to spoil her since my sweet little Duke passed on. Oh well, she is a good dogie and takes good care to watch and protect me....so she deserves a bit of spoiling.
Later in the day I will fill the bird feeder with fresh seed and wash out the birdbath and fill it with fresh water....I think Tasha would approve of how I chose to celebrate her day. If you would like to enter a Tasha Tudor give away...go here to Rookery Ramblings. And If you would like to read more post on Tasha...visit here . If you haven't read my previous post..please do! Blessings to all, Shelley

I enjoyed your post. It had a very TT feel. Love the idea for the tea cozy. My post is here http://storybookwoods.typepad.com/fox_tales/2013/08/my-tasha-garden.html
What a great way to celebrate the day! A few years ago we visited the museum in Brattleboro VT that has been started in her honor. She would most likely LOVE what you did today...and great job with photos, too!

Thank you for visiting Blackberry Lane. It's delightful to visit with you. I don't have any TT books, art etc. but I do love reading about her. This was an enjoyable post and I especially love your pets. We have 6 rescue cats and my late mom's mini doxie. I love old tea cups, too. Your tea cozy works just fine. I'll be back and I hope you will too. Good night.
