Busy Hands.....

I am feeling much better today...the dizziness has past for now. Our Bazaar is starting Thursday so, I have been crafting all day .This is just some of it! Christmas trees made from old books, candle jars, sock snowmen,Amish church dolls, snow globes, and an Old World Father Christmas. I am having fun,but making a mess :) I always do when I am crafting.

So what have you been up to today? Blessings

Oh how fun for you Shelley.I really love those Amish church dolls. All your creations look nice and well done but the dolls remind Me of My youth.A sweet memory is sitting in church next to My grandma while she made Me handkerchief dolls. So glad you feel good.

I am glad you are feeling better. Looks like you've been really busy making so many Christmas-y things. Everything is very cute, but the Amish church dolls and the Father Christmas were my favorites.

Oh Shelley,
I am so glad the vertigo has passed. I am hoping it was a one time thing!
All the crafted goodies look fun but I too think the Amish Church Dolls are very sweet!

I always love looking at the little vignettes (sp?) you create. A woman at our church loved making the little handkerchief dolls for my daughter (now 12). Now, SHE makes them, only the rag-doll version.

Glad you're feeling better. You are such a blessing to so many.

Dear Shelley,

Thank goodness you're feeling better; may you stay that way! Everything you've made is so sweet and has so much love in it. It's all sure to be a hit!

Love,

Marqueta

I love your church dolls and the paper trees made from books. I remember when my mother used to make the trees using a Reader's Digest magazine...then she spray painted them gold and put glitter on them. The plain book page look of your trees is more to my liking!
