Bittersweet...........

I got to spend a couple of hours with these sweet little ones yesterday...my grands...Colton and Vivian! They are in the middle of a custody battle between their parents...so sad. Somethings in this life you just wish you could try and fix some things, but I have learned its best not to even try! In these times you just gotta know God is working all things out for the good of those who love the Lord. And you lean on him, hard! He gives peace!

Joy didn't last long...Colton left screaming and crying....I want to stay with my daddy. Vivian is a little younger and is taking it better. Its was truly a bittersweet day.

May your Lord's day be blessed.

I'm so sorry you are having to go through this, let alone the children and their parents. Grandparents hurt too, because of their children's divorce. Praying that all will work out for the best.

Dear Shelley,

I'll be praying for a peaceful resolution in the family. As a child of divorced parents, I know how the children are hurting. May the Lord's peace envelope them with understanding and grace.

Love,

Marqueta

Beautiful grandchildren! I am glad that you got to spend time with them and your son, even though it was bittersweet. I am keeping the faith that everything will work out for the best.

I'm so sorry to hear this Shelley, but also so glad that you got to spend some precious time with Colton & Vivian.
Praying the Lord brings peace in the midst of this "battle" and I'll be praying for the children, especially sweet Colton.

PS. Such wonderful photo memories!

Very sad. Divorce is always very sad. I hope the parents can work things out so you can see and enjoy your grandchildren. God bless you all with peace, understanding and patience!
