Early in the morning..........

It is 3:42 a.m...Monday morning!  I couldn't sleep after waking up at 1:00! I went to sleep at midnight so I don't know whats up with this. I lay in bed for awhile, read my bible, prayed, turned over and tried to go back to sleep....couldn't!  Thought about getting up and making me a cup of chamomile tea,instead..I got up and fixed some breakfast!  Something I have never in my life done....cooked and ate breakfast at 2:30 in the morning. Even when I wake up normally I usually have coffee, and eat around 10:00 or 11:00 so,this is way out of my normal routine :)  Most likely I will be going back to bed in a bit and sleeping in for awhile.
I am going back to my parents tomorrow so I have some packing, bathing Duke and other things to prepare for that. I am going to be staying several more days with them. My mama has been lonesome for me :)
I did want to update you all on my moving situation. As it turns out I may not be moving at all! I have done a lot of praying about this.....as I have always said,I only want God's will for my life...in all things! Right now I am feeling like the Lord is leading me to stay put here in my old mobile home, but I am trusting him to help me with my repairs that are needed on it. Gonna try and give the old girl a new leg to stand on for a while longer.  So, that's where I am at this point with the moving situation. Unless things change! I will discuss more about this at more length in another post! I pray you all have a wonderfully blessed week...until next time.....

I dislike not being able to sleep, we all need our sleep. Maybe you can get some shut eye at your moms and ill be praying that your trailer gets the uplift it needs for a renewed life!

I too get my sleep patterns mixed up from time to time. It's kind of irritating. Hope you get the clear prayer answers you need, and I'm sure you're a blessing to your mom. Love having my daughters near.

I'm always waking up several times a night. I hope you can get some more sleep today. I'm praying you'll be able to give the house a boost. I know your parents are very glad to have you close. How fortunate you are. Gods plans are always wise. We can trust Him. (Lol that means me too;) )

Shelley, I hope you sleep better tonight! Praying for wisdom for you for your move. :-)

I read somewhere that this can be caused by menopause/perimenopause.
Since I don't know your age, this might not be the answer.
I am 47 and this is happening more frequently to me. Although my lack of sleep last night was because our dog had gas (he sleeps in our bedroom), lol!
Try to get a nap, as lack of sleep can cause many problems.
BYW: I think you have a cute little home and I know (from experience) that the Lord will provide you with what is needed for the repairs ;)

Hi Shelley,
I hope you got to get a little nap in there somewhere today! And very Sweet Dreams and Sleep for tonight!
That is great that you will be spending some more time with your folks! I hope you all really enjoy it!
About moving... you just keep praying and listening... you know well that God will tell you just what to do. He will provide for you, Sweetie. You already know that, of course!
Love,

I could not fall asleep last night, either. Even with the help of a prescription sleeping pill. I had some things worrying me, but not to that extent. At 6 am I finally was able to settle down and go to sleep for a few hours.
Fortunately, I no longer work part time outside of the home, so I could sleep 'til 10 am. A friend of mine used to call it getting her days and nights mixed up. I find that it happens more often in winter months than in the summer and I believe that joint or muscle pain really has a bad effect on the ability to get a good night's sleep, or to even fall asleep. I hope that all of us "not-by-choice night owls" get a good night's sleep tonight. I believe that your home and yard have a lot of potential and I have faith that everything will work out for the best whether you stay in your current home or move to another.
