Tea Parties,and life!
The last week or so has been busy for me,with tea parties, traveling, family situations to attend too,and a fish fry here at my home yesterday with 22 souls....most family, and a few friends. My grandchildren that live far away we're here for the weekend.....what a blessing. That was something that certainly called for a celebration. I traveled with my son to go to court on Friday...nine hours away. God's hand moved and his children came back home with him for the weekend. The ordeal isn't over yet,but God is in control...I have no doubt.
These pictures are from the Mother, daughter tea party we had at church Saturday before last.
Some of the ladies of our church went to a Tea Room and Garden yesterday,as well!
Although I was exhausted from getting home at 2:00 in the morning from our trip down South. I went and enjoyed it very much. I will share pictures of that outing soon.
My daughters and I. Regina on the left, and Kathy on the right.
I pray your Lord's day is blessed......I plan on taking a long nap after church :)

Good morning Shelley,
I read about Thomas on your FB and commented. What a terrible ordeal for everyone to go through! Keeping the children in prayer that everything is this mess turns out well.
I am not getting hardly any readership on my blog. I think it has been smacked by some hacker out there. I don't trust putting any password on the computer and I'm thinking I shall close it down. However, before I do that, folks have mentioned I'm not on their blog roll. I have no idea how to fix that. I've changed my password. Do you know why/how it has disappeared and why that even makes a difference. Do folks only visit when I appear on their blog roll?
Help!
Dear Shelley,
I hope you're all rested up now. The tea party pictures are so joy-filled, what a blessing to have the fellowship of these dear ladies.
Many blessings to all of your family during this time.
Love,
Marqueta
Shelley, I think you and I wear the same hat or very similar hats!! Mine has a band inside in the front and a Velcro adjusting closure in the back, black trim, made of straw. There is a label on mine in brass. I liked this hat so much I bought two. I couldn't believe it when I saw this photo! You look great in the hat!
What a busy week you've had,but so much of it sounds wonderful. As you know by now,I love going to tea parties.I enjoyed your photos.Love the pic. of you and your daughters. If you do decide to take the "plunge" please try to have someone stay with you for as long as they can.Love Denise
Looks like you were really having fun! I am glad! Blessings on this week!

Shelley, we had almost the same event at our church, and even though I was not able to take a picture with my mother...she lives in another state, I was able to enjoy the banquet and take a picture with my second mom...my mentor :) I pray you are feeling better and are rested from your trip...
