Bearer of Sorrow

My DIL's step dad didn't make it. He was burned over 30% of his body, suffered a heart attack, and developed pneumonia. They had to put him on life support just to keep him breathing. He also had diabetes ,and there was little chance of recovery from the burns. Pam, my DIL's mom chose, at the doctors advice, to have Bobby removed from life support, and he only lived a few hours before passing away. Such a horrible sad thing to have happened, but God is faithful in giving peace and comfort to Bobby's loved ones. Just wanted to say thank you for your prayers......blessings to all, Shelley

I'm so sorry Shelley...very tragic. I was telling my husband about this. I've heard similar stories of this type of thing when (many years ago) my little son was in an intensive care burn unit in a hospital in Philadelphia (My son had burns from a sulfa allergy). But burns from fires are so tragic and knowing the suffering that went on in that burn unit, I know that it was God's love that took this man to heaven.
