Pansies

The weather has gotten a bit cooler! I am loving it,and hoping very much that it is here to stay for a while. I am ready to plant myself some Pansies. I love these sweet delicate flowers...however they are pretty hardy in cold weather and will last almost all winter here if the temps don't get extremely low.

Aren't these vintage images so pretty?I think so!

On another note,I have been letting my hair grow out for a couple of years now...haven't put a pair of scissors  to it at all...until the other day that is! I decided I might like some bangs again...so sip,sip and there they were...I won't be sipping on the back though...it is longer than I have worn it in years, and I am kinda liking it that way! Hope you all have a blessed week.

I'm excited about planting some pansies as well! It seems they are the only flower I've had much luck with in the blooming department! :) Hasn't this weather just been wonderful the last couple of days!?

Beautiful pansy images Shelley! I haven't planted them before but they're on my list of things to do this year.
I love your "bangs" and your beautiful blue eyes too!

How nice that you will be able to plan some pansies soon. Our backyard space is so small and hard, so if we have plants, they must remain in posts.

I enjoyed the vintage prints. They definitely were pretty. Your bangs are cute. :)

Blessings!

I love pansies, or as I call them "little happy faces".

Our deer love to nibble on the flowers, we call them nature's little gardeners.

Blessings

We can only plant our pansies in the cooler months, starting Dec. I love them.

Nice to get a new hair style Shelly

oh Shelley...the pansies are just so pretty for Fall. Because of our Northern winters, they do die back quite a bit.

Let the bangs grow...they look really nice :)

Shelley your hair is such a pretty color.

The pansy images are really beautiful. I love pansies too. They are hardier than they look. I use to plant pansies on Thanksgiving day every year. Maybe I will do that this year.

Guess pansies must be the favorite of many folks; I also love them and think of them as having the personality of giggles and smiles. I love the old fashion paintings and cards that have the dreamy, misty look to them. Thanks for sharing.
