I am so tired this evening...I had three test done at the hospital today and an afternoon appointment with one of my doctors. As soon as I got back home I went straight to my bedroom to lay down for a nap. So far all the test that I have had done have came back normal. I am not sure of todays yet,but I am feeling good about them too. If so,I am in pretty good shape, as far as vital organs and such go,which is a huge blessing! There are many reasons why I should have some more serious,life threatening problems concerning my health,but there is one reason why I do not! That reason I believe is because, God's hand is on me. I know this with all my heart to be true. Even when we don't always take good care of ourselves, as we should...he still takes care of us. I am so thankful for that. I have resolved to trust him regardless of my circumstances. God is good in everything and every way, if I know nothing else...I know this...God is Good!

That is great! I believe that too. God is in charge. If I look back on the lifespan of older relatives of mine, I can see that weight did not seem to shorten their lives. In fact, one grandmother was skinny, and it proved to be a detriment when she got ill, as losing more weight was very dangerous. I think it is getting to be a mental problem for some people to think they have to be so skinny. God doesn't want us to worry of what we are to eat or drink, so I don't think He wants us to worry about weight!

Great news that your tests are coming back normal! How nice that you got to come home and take a rest. It always seems strange how exhausting for me it is to even have simple medical tests and procedures done. It makes me wonder how much of the exhaustion is stress induced. I had a cortisone shot in me knee today, it was throbbing afterward, so I couldn't sleep when I got home and tried to take a little nap, but I bet I'll sleep well tonight.
