Making a fairy garden. |
Yesterday was a full day here on Red Rock Hill. Most of the kiddos were here for a clean up day! Even little Jaxon had a hand in helping! They mowed grassed, trimmed trees, even fell some dead ones, power washed my mobile home to get it ready for a new paint job,and lots more. My daughter Kathy brought fixings for hamburgers and the works, then I cooked a big pot of beans to go with the meal. We worked, ate, visited and got a lot done. I tried to help as much as I could, while puppies were at my feet every step :) Kathy got a few pictures with me and my babies as she calls them!
They love hiding up under my long skirts :)

I am so thankful my kids are willing to lend a hand. I love them all so much.
Have a beautiful Lord's day.

It sounds like your children are a real blessing to you...and youto them! It's always nice to get a bunch accomplished in one day, especially when family is there to help you out!
Love the photos of you and "your babies"! They're getting SO big!
Awww! Your "Babies" are sweet.. and your children are even sweeter to be there helping with Spring cleaning.
You look so happy! Nice and cool there in those lovely green trees.
We are already in the 90s here.. and the green is quickly retreating.

Oh, my goodness! The puppies have grown! Sounds like a very productive day and fun day!
Your "babies" have sure grown! Really cute though. It sounds like you've had a very busy day but one with lots of accomplishments. What a blessing your children and grandchildren are. I hope we get to see the completed fairy garden!

How wonderful to get so much done, and then share a meal.
Ha...the puppies sure are growing, and they love you!
What a wonderful day you had! The puppies are growing so fast. It was fun to see how they follow you and stay beside you. It sounds like you and your family really got a lot done. How exciting it will be to get your place painted. We badly need new siding on our home. I don't know when that will be happening though. We are still having evenings down in the mid to low 30s here. I am having to carry some of my plants in and out, and haven't been able to even plant any zinnia seeds with the hard rains and cold temperatures, but I know that it will soon be full-on spring.
I am so proud of your sweet children.. that they came to help you.. And what a fun day, you had with them.
The puppies are growing and cute as can be..
So nice that you were able to get some help with your yard work. Those puppies are darling. Enjoy the week ahead.
